Terms

Currently, our campers are rented through an online reservation service that includes comprehensive, collision, and liability insurance. There is a fee for insurance coverage that is paid through the reservation system directly to the insurance provider. If your own provider offers an insurance binder, please contact us directly to make a reservation.

We have a 2-night minimum for all of our camper rentals. The following holiday weekends have a 3-day minimum rental: Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day.

Dog Friendly

We are proud to be pooch friendly! Look for our campers that are listed as pup friendly. We charge an additional $10 per night to bring your pup. Sorry, no cats or other pets.

Other Items Available

If you need more space, or want to bring the kids, we offer optional add-ons such side-mount tents and stand alone tent packages that include sleeping bags and pads.

Services

If you’d rather us drop off and set up the toy camper at your reserved campground, we’d be happy to do that for a small fee. We’re also happy to pick up the toy camper at the end of your reservation.

Pick-up and Return Appointments

We schedule camper pick-ups and returns by appointment and do our best to accommodate your schedule.We ask guests to notify us 30 minutes before arriving. 

Cleaning Fee

To make sure your camper is delivered in great condition, all rentals have a one-time cleaning fee. Before you return the camper, please wash the dishes and any other of the cooking/serving tools in the galley and dispose of your trash. Other than that, we will take care of cleaning everything else in the camper. And by the way, there is no need for you to wash the exterior of the camper before returning.  We’ll take care of that.

Damage Deposit

Just in case the unthinkable occurs, we are required to hold a $500 credit card pre-authorization as a damage deposit. A pre-authorization is not a charge to the credit card, but can result in one. It will remain active for as long as you have the trailer, and will be automatically released if the camper and other rented items are returned reasonably clean, on time, and there is no damage or abuse.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to complete insurance information for a rental.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or to notify you of changes to this privacy policy. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail. 

Your Access to and Control Over Information 

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:

  • See what data we have about you, if any.

  • Change/correct any data we have about you.

  • Have us delete any data we have about you.

  • Express any concern you have about our use of your data.

Security

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

We do not collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), but instead rely on a secure third-party site to handle this information, Wheelbase. Any sensitive information that may be transmitted is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

If you feel that we are not abiding by this privacy policy, you should contact us immediately via telephone or email. 

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
